Introduction

These Terms and Conditions provide all the conditions of subscription to the payment by credit card Service Lenoxpay.net (hereinafter the “Service”), offered by the customer support service (hereinafter “Lenoxpay.net”). Individuals and entities subscribing to the Service under this contract are considered “Users” under this Agreement.

Use of the Service requires the User the unqualified acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Service

Lenoxpay.net is a site for the secure management of online subscriptions, like the Service of remote payment by credit card for access rights (access codes and other forms of subscription) providing access to online services offered by our partners.

1. Your Membership on network sites can not be transferred or assigned.

2. By becoming a member and thanks to this method, you authorize the debit of your card for all costs and / or charges for your Membership, or any other good or service that you use on, through and / or belonging to the Site.

3. SUBSCRIPTION FEES.

Subscriber payment will be processed confidentially through the secure system of one of our partner payment providers.

The price will depend on the type of offer subscribed.

All rates are consistently and clearly displayed on the payment page and on the order form you receive prior to the completion of all payments.

When the subscription is canceled, your membership will no longer be valid, you will not have access to the Site and all your Member privileges will be terminated.

However, you are charged monthly or bi-monthly according to the offer you have chosen. Therefore, if you decide to cancel it after the anniversary date of the subscription, the current period will be invoiced to you and you will have access to the Site for the remainder of the period stipulated at the time of subscription (for example: if you cancel your one month subscription after two weeks, you will be billed for that month and you will be able to continue accessing the Site until the end of the one month period after your notice of cancellation).

4. REFUNDS.

The contributions of the subscriptions are not refundable once the username and the password of the subscriber have been used to access the Site.

In case Lenoxpay.net decides to make a refund, ALL refunds will be issued back to the credit card originally used to make the purchase or the transfer. In no case will refunds be paid in cash or by check.

FOR ANY SPECIFIC REQUEST FOR REFUND, PLEASE CONTACT THE NUMBER OR BY MAIL SUPPORT, all messages and calls are processed on the same day within our working hours on working days and within 48 hours on other days.

5. TERMINATION / CANCELLATION.

Your membership may be canceled at any time and without cause by the Site or by you by giving prior notice through the Site resignation section . NONE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS ON THE NETWORK HAS A FIXED-TERM, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME.

Once you or the Site cancel the membership, you will not be entitled to the refund of the money from your subscription fees already paid. Subscription fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Should the site cease to exist or to function, it is clear that all Memberships (of all kinds) will be canceled immediately without notice from either party.

6. NON-TRANSFERABLE / THEFT OF LOGIN.

Your Membership, username and password (Login) can not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. The Users and Members are to report Lenoxpay.net of any apparent breach of security such as loss, theft or unauthorized exposure of their username or password. Until Lenoxpay.net has not been notified by e-mail or telephone of a breach of security, you will be personally liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

7. You must keep your password strictly confidential. For security reasons, Lenoxpay.net not reveal a password for any reason to any person who is not Member, except when specifically required by law or court order.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms will be the exclusive jurisdiction of London courts.
